Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB), Michigan's largest general farm organization, is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to strengthen security across our Insurance IT & Cybersecurity environment. This role designs, implements, and supports IAM solutions, including SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls, to protect member and organizational data. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to develop policies, streamline provisioning, and improve governance. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions to secure access to enterprise applications and data
- Administer SSO, MFA, and directory services to ensure secure and seamless user access
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures aligned with MFB security requirements
- Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to define roles and access controls
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issues
- Support audits by maintaining accurate access records and evidence of controls
- Continuously improve IAM processes, automation, and governance capabilities
- Contribute security expertise to projects, system integrations, and new technology evaluations
