Constellation Energy seeks an Implementation & Support Manager to lead delivery and ongoing support of ISFSI solutions for utility customers. In this role, you will manage end-to-end implementations, gather and translate business requirements, configure systems, and coordinate testing and go live activities. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, oversee issue resolution and system performance, and drive continuous improvement. You will mentor a small technical/analyst team, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and support key energy and sustainability initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ISFSI solutions for utility customers
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Configure systems and coordinate testing, cutover, and go-live activities
- Provide ongoing application and technical support for ISFSI platforms
- Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards
- Manage and mentor analysts/technical staff on implementation and support activities
- Develop documentation, playbooks, and user training materials
- Report on project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
