Presence is seeking a remote Software Engineer to build and optimize high-impact marketing websites and digital experiences for small and local businesses. You will implement and maintain features, integrate APIs, optimize for speed and SEO, and support A/B testing and analytics. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain marketing websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with design, strategy, and marketing teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces optimized for performance and mobile devices.
- Integrate third-party and internal APIs, analytics, and marketing tools into client sites.
- Optimize sites for SEO, page speed, and conversion, supporting A/B testing and experiments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and refactor code to improve reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure quality delivery.
- Document technical implementations and support handoffs and ongoing maintenance for client projects.
