You'll configure and maintain assisted living and memory care software modules, troubleshoot technical issues, and train users to optimize workflows. Partnering with product, data, and engineering teams, you'll translate client needs into system improvements, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and contribute to testing and deployment. Responsibilities
- Support implementation and configuration of assisted living/memory care software modules
- Monitor system performance and resolve user-reported technical issues
- Collaborate with product, data, and QA teams to improve platform usability
- Train end users and create documentation for software features and workflows
- Analyze user data and feedback to recommend product enhancements
- Maintain data quality, security, and compliance within the platform
- Participate in testing, deployments, and release validation
- Provide Tier 1-2 application support to internal and external stakeholders
