You'll manage studio and on-location productions, ensuring professional lighting, audio, and composition, and deliver polished edits with strong storytelling and brand alignment. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and training teams to plan video concepts that support USCCA content and campaigns
- Film studio and on-location video, ensuring strong composition, lighting, and audio quality
- Edit, color-correct, and mix audio to deliver polished videos for web, social, and training platforms
- Create basic motion graphics, lower thirds, and titles aligned with brand standards
- Manage media assets, file organization, and version control across projects
- Ensure all content aligns with brand, legal, and safety guidelines related to firearms and self-defense
- Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling, engagement, and performance metrics
- Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
