Job Duties: Responsible for developing the strategy, key metrics, tools, software services and processes for assessing how well (beyond uptime and latency) the Starlink Network is serving millions of users around the globe. Work with operators, subsystem responsible engineers, software engineers, network engineers inside the Starlink organization as well as key contacts at various major content providers. Solution will inform Starlink Customer Support, Operations and Engineering teams of any regression in the customers experience. Participate in product and design decisions to better prepare Starlink for emerging and future application trends. Individual contributor role only. No direct reports and no managerial duties.
