SHD Composite Materials Inc seeks an Aerospace Business Development Manager to grow defense and aerospace sales for advanced composite materials, including prepregs, adhesives, and resin systems. In this role, you will identify and close new business with OEMs and Tier 1 customers, build strategic account plans, and lead technical sales engagements in partnership with engineering. You will monitor market and program trends, manage a robust pipeline, and represent SHD at key industry events.
