Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks a Senior Ontologist to design and operationalize knowledge graphs and semantic models for Defense & Aerospace AI and data science missions. You will lead ontology development, schema governance, and knowledge integration across heterogeneous, high-value datasets supporting national security and space systems. Partner with domain experts, data scientists, and engineers to formalize complex concepts, develop reusable ontological patterns, and ensure semantic interoperability.
