Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) seeks a Sensor System Engineer to design, model, and integrate advanced sensor systems for defense and aerospace missions. You will develop concepts, architectures, and algorithms for RF, EO/IR, and multi-sensor systems; perform modeling, simulation, and data analysis; and support lab/field testing and system integration. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to solve complex national security and space challenges in a mission-driven, inclusive environment that values innovation, ethical research, and continuous learning and professional growth.
