In this role, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of technology programs, aligning roadmaps with business goals, regulatory standards, and member needs. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and champion adoption of new tools and platforms across the credit union. Ideal candidates bring strong program management, fintech or banking technology experience, and a passion for member-first, community-focused service.
