USAA and military background is a huge plus.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple source systems into enterprise data platforms.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools such as Python, Spark, Informatica, Talend, or cloud-native services.
Develop and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
