Re:Fill operates smart, unattended beverage machines across high-traffic locations such as universities, transit hubs, stadiums, hospitals, offices, and community facilities. We handle daily operations end-to-end and are expanding into Las Vegas, Nevada.

One machine. Everything included:

The Role

Experience in Outbound Sales, combined with Business Development or Project Management experience would be the ideal candidate.

We are looking for someone proactive and personable, with a successful track record of reaching out to and bringing in new clients, rather than just maintaining pre-existing clients.

You will be a leader of our Las Vegas rollout, working directly alongside our CEO and BODs - securing new clients, locations and assisting with early-stage operations. As our product expands in not only Las Vegas, but America as a whole and as our team grows, you'll help build the local routine and team.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development / Location Acquisition

• Identify, prospect, and secure high-quality locations (property management, offices, campuses, gyms, community centers, transit-adjacent sites, etc.)
• Run the full partnership cycle: outreach meeting proposal negotiation agreement installation coordination
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline, with weekly updates and clear next steps

What Success Looks Like

• Scalable expansion with consistent new location launches
• Strong partner relationships built on trust
• High service quality and performance across every market

Requirements

• 2-5+ years experience in B2B sales / business development / account management, ideally with field operations exposure
• Comfortable being hands-on and working in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and data-driven: able to track pipeline and operational KPIs
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally

Compensation

• Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Stock Options
