What you'll do Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategySupervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverablesEnsure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reportsIdentify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolveUnderstand current and future business goals and ongoing issuesSupervise staff to ensure the organization's construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards. What you'll need You will have 2 or more years of Telecommunications construction experience or experience in a similar fieldYou will have a High School Diploma or equivalentYou may have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the fieldYou will have working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting softwareYou may have working knowledge of Geographic Information SystemsYou are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programsYou may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience Why grow your career with usYour career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
