Pay Rate: $63 /hr on w2 Duration Up to 12 month Months contract with possibility of extension Location Remote # of Positions 1 Shift Must be able to work in 1st Skills/Experience Job Summary: The Data Analyst will support supply chain transformation initiatives by analyzing, validating, transforming, and migrating data across enterprise systems. This role serves as a bridge between suppliers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure successful deployment and adoption of supply chain management solutions, including Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier onboarding activities, data mapping and conversion, system access management, reporting, troubleshooting, project tracking, and ongoing support of supply chain processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, supply chain knowledge, ERP system experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Management Collect, analyze, validate, and transform data from multiple enterprise systems. Perform data cleansing, data mapping, and data migration activities to support system implementations and integrations. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics. Conduct statistical analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making. Verify data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems. Identify data quality issues and implement corrective actions. Supply Chain System Support Support deployment and adoption of Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Assist suppliers with onboarding activities and system configuration requirements. Monitor supplier compliance with onboarding schedules and project milestones. Troubleshoot supplier and user issues related to SNC/TMS processes and functionality. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve system access, security, and workflow issues. Supplier Onboarding & Collaboration Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers during onboarding and implementation activities. Communicate deployment strategies, timelines, and system requirements to suppliers. Track supplier progress and ensure completion of required onboarding tasks. Provide training support and system guidance to suppliers and internal stakeholders. Escalate risks and issues that may impact implementation timelines. Project Coordination & Reporting Assist project managers in monitoring project schedules, risks, and deliverables. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier onboarding and system adoption. Support issue resolution and corrective action planning. Coordinate activities among suppliers, business teams, and technical resources. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, and ERP teams. Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and business analysts to define reporting requirements and business outcomes. Participate in process improvement initiatives and supply chain transformation projects. Help define future-state processes and support organizational change management efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field. Experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Data Mapping, and Data Validation. Experience working with ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis functions. Experience supporting supply chain, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
