Hybrid Fleet Support: Provide foundational technical oversight for Apple hardware, ensuring parity in security and performance for the Mac user base.

Infrastructure Physicality: Oversee the lifecycle of on-site hardware, including the assembly of workstations, local area networking peripherals, and advanced imaging/printing arrays.

Hardware Resilience & Auditing: Implement a recurring "Health Check" protocol to perform deep-cleaning, firmware updates, and predictive part replacement for portable and stationary assets.

III. Network & Infrastructure Diagnostics
