Job Description Job Description CAD/CAM Technician About the Role We're looking for a detail-driven CAD/CAM Technician who enjoys turning great designs into real, machined parts. In this role, you'll use AutoCAD (Inventor experience is a plus) to create precise designs and convert them into CNC-ready programs and 3D print files. You'll collaborate closely with production teams to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and production-ready. If you love design, machining, and problem-solving-and want to see your work come to life-this could be a great fit. What You'll Do
  • Design and refine parts using AutoCAD (Inventor preferred).
  • Create CNC programs using Mastercam (preferred).
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.) to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Work with production teams to troubleshoot design and machining challenges.
  • Maintain and organize design files using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD required; Mastercam preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CNC machining and 3D printing processes.
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and measurement tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
Pay & Perks $21.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience
