About the Role
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across operations while partnering with purchasing, planning, and manufacturing to improve efficiency and minimize variances.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, stock items, and finished goods
Monitor and enforce processes for all inventory transactions
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
Support cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and audits
Analyze slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
Minimize inventory loss through best supply chain practices
Recommend improvements to inventory lifecycle and processes
Review inventory levels to reduce excess or obsolete stock
Assist with updates and changes to work orders
Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, planning, and production
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control
Qualifications
2 5 years of inventory control, planning, or manufacturing experience
ERP experience (JDE preferred)
Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes
Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Ability to analyze data and resolve issues quickly
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
