Job Description
Program CNC machines including turning, milling, and multi-axis mill-turn operations across 3-5 axis platforms
Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs utilizing G-code, proprietary software, or conversational controls
Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds to ensure efficient machining across a variety of materials
Maintain comprehensive records of setups, tooling configurations, and process notes to ensure repeatability and consistency
Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to drive design-for-manufacturability improvements
Key Requirements
Demonstrated strong ability to program and troubleshoot CNC machines
Proficient in CAM software with experience optimizing and running CNC programs
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
