Job Description
100% Remote Position. Reports to Company Headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
Act as the primary point of ownership with the responsibility of Infor LN ERP Administration. Maintain up-to-date product and technical knowledge of the Infor portfolio and roadmap for an industry and horizontal solution set. Lead internal architecture sessions around integration, security, and reporting. Act as an expert and evangelist for AMES Technology, Digital Transformation. Troubleshoot Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) anomalies and process issues within the Infor LN system. Assist with implementations and upgrades to the ERP system in data migration, data validation, system configuration, table sharing, testing, Classroom Pilot (CRP), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documentation. Ensure that data transfers to subsequent support interfaces and aim to monitor Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes to maintain quality and consistency. Work with end users to gather requirements and recommend optimal business processes relative to ERP functionality. Analyze and evaluate reported issues and end-user application requirements to determine optimum resolution. Perform daily maintenance of ERP systems and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
This is a 100% Remote Position. It reports to Company Headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
The position requires up to 15% domestic travel within the U.S. and up to 10% international travel.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, plus 6 years of experience as Analyst, Developer, Consultant, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained, and demonstrated experience in: Infor ERP LN Implementations and Development; Working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams in client organizations on all phases of the software development life cycle; and Working with Integration Skills such as EDI, XML, Web Services, Workflow and Alerts, API, ION, and Infor OS.
