Role Name: Software Engineer Lead - Power Platform Location: Dallas / Farmers Branch, TX (Onsite - 5 Days/Week) Job Type: W2 contract (Possible Extension / Contract-to-Hire) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Lead with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem to support enterprise application modernization initiatives within PNC's Commercial Real Estate technology organization. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to migrate and modernize legacy Microsoft Access applications into scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, and SQL Server. This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture understanding, and hands-on development experience. This position is fully onsite in the Dallas/Farmers Branch, TX location. Responsibilities Design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform Build scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI Migrate legacy Microsoft Access databases/applications to modern platforms Develop and integrate SQL Server backend solutions Create APIs and integrations as needed for enterprise connectivity Collaborate with developers, product owners, analysts, and business stakeholders Establish reusable architecture patterns and development standards Lead and mentor junior team members on Power Platform technologies Support application testing, deployment, and production readiness Required Skills Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse SQL Server Microsoft Access Database Experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Interview Process Initial Manager Round (30 Minutes - Virtual/In Person) Technical Round with Power Automate Team (30 Minutes)
