Title: Epic Radiant Analyst
Location: Remote
Position: Contract
Note: Event based travel, 80% remote
Project Details / Open Reason:
• This person will work on Radiant initiatives including Incidents, Standard Services, provide Radiant application support to end users, Analysts, and the Radiant team.
• This person might also assist in Radiant related projects and application build. A plus is if they have worked with Service Now / Need help with support
Required Skills:
• Epic Certified Radiant
• 3-5 years of Epic Radiant build and application support experience
• Works well within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-starter
Desired Skills:
• Deep knowledge of the Radiant solution
• Ability to share knowledge to junior staff
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Work on issues
• Review tickets and work with requester on determining how to move forward
