YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will serve as a senior-level infrastructure expert responsible for design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise cloud and hybrid systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Design, build, and support hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure, M365)
Serve as Tier-3 escalation for complex infrastructure issues
Lead system upgrades, optimization, and security initiatives
Support global operations across Asia and Brazil time zones
Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership
Support Kubernetes, virtualization, storage, backup/DR, and monitoring environments
Drive automation and scripting initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability

BACKGROUND PROFILE
Required:
512+ years of enterprise IT / infrastructure engineering experience.
Strong hybrid cloud expertise, including Azure (RBAC, Conditional Access, IaaS/PaaS).
VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization experience.
Microsoft M365 administration, including Hybrid Exchange (on-prem & cloud).
Strong PowerShell scripting and programming skills.
Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu) administration.
Active Directory & hybrid identity management (including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
Backup, restore, and disaster recovery experience.
Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN/SSL, endpoint security).
Strong troubleshooting across servers, cloud, virtualization, backups, and endpoints.
Bilingual Mandarin is a plus
Nice To Have:
Kubernetes (K8s) support.
NAS / SAN storage platform management.
Zabbix monitoring (dashboards & alerting).
SCCM / MECM management, including OS imaging, compliance baselines, and WSUS patching.

ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS
Location: Plano, Texas
Base Salary: $120,000 $145,000+ (10% Bonus)
Bonus: 10% target
