Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to support enterprise application development initiatives for a leading Financial Services client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)/CRM and the Microsoft Power Platform, along with prior experience in Banking or Financial Services environments. Experience working with lending systems or loan servicing platforms is highly preferred.
This role will focus on designing, developing, customizing, and supporting scalable low-code/no-code and custom solutions using Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The candidate will also work on integrations with enterprise and legacy systems, including mainframe applications, document automation, and workflow optimization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions for enterprise banking applications.
Build and maintain custom Dataverse tables, forms, dashboards, business rules, views, and model-driven Power Apps.
Develop and support low-code/no-code workflows and automation using Power Automate.
Customize Dynamics CRM UI and business processes using Power Platform capabilities.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and CRM SDK.
Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise/mainframe systems using APIs and Web Services.
Implement automated document generation and custom PDF creation solutions.
Support integration with on-premises network folders and enterprise systems.
Enhance exception handling, monitoring, and troubleshooting processes within Power Automate and Dynamics CRM environments.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Ensure application security, performance optimization, and adherence to enterprise development standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform development.
Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services domain is mandatory.
Experience working with lending systems, loan origination, loan servicing, or financial workflow platforms is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM customizations using low-code/no-code approaches.
