Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare Billing)
Location: Philadelphia, PA (19103) (Hybrid Onsite Tue, Wed & Thu)
Duration: 6 12+ Months Contract
Rate: $Market/Hour on W2
Eligibility: Must reside in PA, NJ, or DE (Tri-State Area)
Eligibility: Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders, GC-EAD, and TN Visa holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in healthcare premium billing and financial systems. This role will focus on analyzing billing data, resolving invoicing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and business processes.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with billing platforms (preferably ORMB or similar healthcare billing systems), strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex billing issues.
Key Skills:
5+ years of experience in Healthcare Premium Billing (MUST HAVE)
Strong experience with billing/invoicing systems (ORMB preferred, alternatives acceptable)
Experience with healthcare financial applications (non-claims billing)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve billing issues independently
Experience with SQL (nice to have)
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and system testing
Excellent communication and documentation skills
