Job Title: Enterprise Architect .NET/C# Modernization for Healthcare Systems
Location: 100% Remote (EST Preferred Occasional Travel to Customer Sites)
Duration: 18+ Months
Rate: $Market/Hour
Required Experience
15+ years of overall IT experience
5 6+ years as a Technical Lead / Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect
Strong background in Healthcare & Life Sciences domain
Extensive experience with .NET/C# enterprise application development and modernization
Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in .NET / C# development
Enterprise architecture and modernization experience
REST API design and integration
Data Migration: Legacy Systems to Modern Platforms
PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server
Batch Processing systems and workflows
Cloud Platforms: AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP
Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience modernizing healthcare platforms, EMR/EHR systems, claim processing systems, or healthcare data platforms
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA
Experience with cloud-native architecture patterns and containerized deployments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
