We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to maintain, enhance, and modernize our enterprise Apache, Oracle, and ColdFusion ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a legacy-to-modernization environment and enjoys owning the full development lifecycle - from database engineering to front-end application development and server management.
You will play a critical role in evolving our ColdFusion-based systems, optimizing high-volume Oracle databases, and ensuring high availability and performance across our Linux-hosted infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
- Maintain and enhance web applications using ColdFusion (Tag & Script) and JavaScript
- Modernize and refactor legacy ColdFusion codebases
- Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable application logic
Service Architecture
- Design and build ColdFusion Components (CFCs/CFS) to modularize business logic
- Improve system maintainability through service-based architecture
Database Engineering
- Develop and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Design and maintain schemas, stored procedures, triggers, and sequences
- Optimize performance for large-scale, high-volume datasets
System Integration
- Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs
- Integrate internal systems with third-party platforms
- Implement secure authentication protocols
Server & Web Management
- Deploy and tune applications in RHEL/CentOS Linux environments
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Apache HTTP Server
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) or CentOS
- Advanced expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Proven experience managing and optimizing large database environments
- Experience administering and troubleshooting Apache Web Server
- Deep understanding of REST/JSON/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols
- Expert proficiency in:
- ColdFusion (including CFC/CFS development)
- HTML
- JavaScript
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- General server hardware and software troubleshooting
- Foundational networking knowledge (protocols, firewalls, connectivity)
- Experience modernizing legacy enterprise systems
