Tensley Consulting is seeking a Connectivity Engineer Level 3 to support a mission-focused program delivering global IT and network infrastructure across secure and high-risk environments. This role is highly hands-on and involves designing, deploying, and maintaining secure network solutions that directly support operational mission requirements.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with Cisco networking technologies and cryptographic devices, along with a strong background supporting enterprise or tactical network environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Education/Experience
Ten (10) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in engineering or Information Systems Management from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Salary: $170,000-$190,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.

Strong hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, etc.)
Experience with routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF
Experience with cryptographic devices / secure communications (HAIPE or similar)
Experience supporting WAN environments and enterprise network infrastructure
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and optimize performance

Experience supporting deployed or OCONUS environments
Familiarity with dataflow systems or SIGINT-related architectures
