Responsibilities for a Senior CNC Programmer include but are not limited to:

• Generate, maintain, and optimize CNC programs using NX CAM for 3 , 4 , and 5 axis machines (milling, turning, EDM).

• Program and support CNC machines using Fanuc, Siemens, Okuma, and Haas controls.

• Verify and validate new CNC programs using Vericut prior to shop floor release.

• Provide daily programming, troubleshooting, and technical support to the shop floor and Manufacturing Engineering teams, including operator training.

Candidates for Senior CNC Programmer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Extensive experience as a CNC Programmer, including 5 axis machining in aerospace or high precision manufacturing.

• Strong hands on knowledge of NX CAM, Vericut, and advanced CNC programming (macros, Renishaw probing, closed loop machining).

• Experience machining high temperature superalloys used in aerospace or heavy duty gas turbine components.

• Solid geometry and trigonometry skills, with strong problem solving and organizational abilities.

Pay Details: 62.59 per hour
