Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Enterprise AI & Platform Intern to join our technical team. This internship is designed for a currentMastersstudent (in Data Science, ComputerEngineering, ComputerScience, or related fields)with a strong interest in how enterprise platforms such asServiceNow, Salesforce, or OpenText function at scale.

You will work closely with our architects and developers toassistin the configuration, maintenance, and AI-driven evolution of our enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to move beyond theory and gain practical experience in building, integrating, and deploying intelligent workflows in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilitiesundertheguidance of senior architects:

• Assistin the configuration and administration of enterprise COTS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, AWS, UiPath,etc).

• Support the development of proof-of-concept workflows using Agentic AI, Generative AI models, or predictive analytics within our existing platform ecosystems.

• Help build and test API connections (REST/SOAP) to ensure seamless data flow between core platforms and external tools.

• Document technical configurations and create user guides for internal stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Education:Currently pursuing amasters degree inComputerScience,Computer Engineering,Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, ora related field.

• Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience (professional) working with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenText, etc.) or complex software development projects.

• Technical Proficiencies:

• • Development:Solid grasp of Python, JavaScript, or Java.

• • Platforms:Familiarity with at least one COTS platforms development environment or administrative console.

• • AI Awareness:A foundational understanding of how to implement or interact with AI models/APIs.

• • Good to Have: Mainline Certifications in ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS,or any other cloud platform

• • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently on defined technical tasks.

• Support proof-of-concept development and experimentation with generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent agents embedded within enterprise workflows.

• Enterprise systems architecture and integration exposure
  
• Learn how APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations are designed and evaluated, including tradeoffs related to scalability, security, and maintainability.
