How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoring activities

Are you an experienced application support professional ready to make an impact?

  • 3-5 years of experience in application support, production support, or IT operations roles
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
  • Proven experience troubleshooting enterprise applications in a production environment
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams
  • Experience supporting financial systems or high-availability environments is a plus
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting and support business-critical systems
