Systems Analyst

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support business and clinical systems within an IT team. This role partners with end users to resolve issues, gather requirements, optimize system usage, and deliver reporting and data insights across enterprise and EMR platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize business and clinical systems, including EMR applications
• Gather requirements and define technology solutions
• Provide end user support, training, and ad hoc reporting
• Design and maintain reports and data analytics to support workflows
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on system improvements
• Participate in IT projects, process improvement, and daily operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• healthcare industry experience preferred
• Strong business analysis, reporting, and problem solving skills
• Experience with EMR systems, data analysis, and end user support
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
