Primary Focus: Independent installs and troubleshooting
Core Responsibilities
- Independently install and configure AV systems
- Troubleshoot signal, control, and network issues
- Configure endpoints (displays, DSPs, cameras)
- Support commissioning activities
- Mentor junior technicians onsite
Required Skills
- Intermediate signal flow and control logic
- DSP configuration fundamentals
- Networked AV troubleshooting
- Understanding of AV standards (HDMI, HDBaseT, Dante, AES67)
KPIs
- First-time fix rate
- Mean time to resolution (MTTR)
- Commissioning readiness
- Customer satisfaction
