The Onsite Technician is responsible for managing their individual workload while delivering timely and effective technical support and solutions to customers. This role includes performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolutions for hardware, software, servers, and peripheral systems. The technician will travel to client locations as needed to provide hands-on support and ensure smooth system operations. Strong communication skills are essential, as the position requires clear, professional interaction with both clients and internal teams. The Onsite Technician plays a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction through reliable service, technical expertise, and proactive problem-solving.
