Job Description

Anticipated salary for the position: $265,000 - $285,000 per year; full-time. Responsibilities: Write, test, and deploy production-quality software systems across the technology stack, including backend infrastructure, data pipelines, and user-facing applications. Architect and implement scalable, distributed systems and large-scale data management solutions to support Auxias AI-driven platform. Participate in and lead design discussions, setting high-level engineering direction and ensuring alignment with long-term product vision. Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, and UI/UX. Conduct systematic code reviews and enforce engineering best practices to maintain code quality and reliability. Triage, diagnose, and resolve complex product or system issues to ensure high availability and reliability of mission-critical software. Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, scalability, and security. Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Develop, document, and promote engineering best practices, including educational content to enhance team productivity. Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption of innovations that align with Auxias technical vision and business goals. The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field. The position also requires five (5) years of experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Professional and/or academic experience must include: Writing and testing production systems; Reviewing code and providing feedback; Leading design discussions and reviews to set high-level engineering direction; Triaging production systems and customer issues. 10% International travel to collaborate with Engineering team.
