Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. 10+ years of experience developing embedded software in C. Strong background with 16/32 bit microcontrollers (TriCore, S32, Renesas, Cypress, etc.). Proven experience developing embedded building-block modules (state management, communication abstractions, diagnostics, power modes, etc.). Understanding of AUTOSAR concepts, with the ability to develop AUTOSAR ready software (hands on integration experience is helpful but not required). Experience with UDS, diagnostics workflows, and automotive communication protocols (CAN). Proficiency with compilers, debuggers, and software build systems. Demonstrated experience with static analysis, unit testing, and verification processes. Strong debugging and system analysis skills.
