The role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a growing organization while supporting critical operational workflows across office operations, employee lifecycle support, systems coordination, and leadership requests. The environment is designed for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with Operations, HR, IT, and business leaders.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Independently manage day-to-day office and site operations to ensure a smooth, professional, and well-coordinated workplace experience.
- Support employee and subcontractor onboarding and offboarding activities across internal systems and workflows, ensuring timely access changes and accurate documentation.
- Administer building and office access processes, visitor coordination, room scheduling, mail handling, and office supply management.
- Coordinate onsite meetings and events, including room scheduling, catering, and related logistics.
- Maintain operational records, distribution lists, and employee lifecycle tracking with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with HR, IT, and leadership on employee changes, system access updates, asset coordination, and ad hoc operational needs.
- Assist with systems administration tasks such as distribution list maintenance, asset tracking, equipment shipping and collection, and support for operational platforms.
- Contribute to data entry, audits, process clean-up, and issue resolution that improve workflow efficiency and operational integrity.
Are you an experienced operations and employee support professional ready to make an impact?
- 2-4 years of experience in office operations, HR operations, administrative support, or a related business operations function.
- Ability to work onsite in Charlotte on a regular basis, with flexibility for additional in-office days based on business needs.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities with sound judgment.
- Experience handling sensitive employee and company information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook and Teams.
- Exposure to ERP, HRIS, or related business systems; NetSuite experience is especially valuable.
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, access coordination, equipment logistics, or related employee lifecycle processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with office operations, event coordination, physical access systems, and IT provisioning support is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented and solutions-focused work style.
