Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in business analysis supporting enterprise IT projects.
- Proficiency in system integration analysis, APIs, and data exchange between applications.
- Experience with gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience in process modeling using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar technical tools.
- Experience with creating Business Requirements Documents, use cases, and user stories.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing and the development of system test plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Document current and future state workflows including process maps and business narratives.
- Analyze system integrations, data exchanges, and technical dependencies between enterprise applications.
- Translate business needs into structured technical specifications and requirements traceability matrices.
- Facilitate workshop sessions with technical stakeholders to define and validate system functionality.
- Support Project Management Office initiatives by tracking project tasks and maintaining documentation.
- Manage system testing activities including the creation of test cases and UAT scenarios.
- Coordinate with business units to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
