Job Description

Position: Algorithm Developer (REQ# N9302) Location: Hillsboro, OR Duties: Evaluate new technology and analyze competitors' technologies. Develop an algorithmic major module or flow, a Matlab (system or product) major module or flow, or characterize and lead field driven algorithmic features (R&D extension) including research, design, development and implementation & proliferation accompanying in accordance with project budgets and time schedules. Advanced top Algo issues Trouble Shooting and resolution at customer site. Focus on issues only top expert can solve, shorten dramatically time to resolution. Constant discussion with customer site on their main problems and needs and possible AMAT solutions. Design our Product RM /next Gen technologies based on customer requirements. Test new modules/features on site at customer fab. Constant coaching / mentoring local support team. Direct AMAT Israel development teams to improve technology- Market fit. Expand AMAT tool utilization based on new application space find on site. Research and simulation based on actual data provided by customer . Constant dialog with technical customer on day-to-day application and issue and weekly meetings with managers. Very often meeting with development/ marketing teams in ISL to direct them to right solutions that will meet customer needs. Travel to clients' sites required (domestic/international) 25%. Requirements: Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, and 3 years of experience in any occupation in which algorithm development experience was gained. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 1. ML/DL tech knowledge 2. Python 3. Classic Image processing expertise 4.
