Job Description
Research market trends and conduct complex benchmarking analysis of the companys markets, customer landscape and portfolio versus the competition. Collect and analyze data to provide market sizing and segmentation data, the results of which can be incorporated into the BUs overall market and product strategies. Provide complex market and product forecasts, and develop product financial forecasts. Collect and analyze data for Red Team analysis, annual strategy planning, and quarterly business reviews. Monitor KPU growth by tracking and analyzing data. Own and maintain our product market sizing model, expanding and modifying the model as necessary to address new data requests as defined by market landscape changes. Work with multiple sources to identify process steps, throughput and price assumptions to be used for the market sizing model. Utilize results from the market sizing model to conduct and generate a competitive market assessment. Collect available external data (e.g. competitor earnings calls, 3rd party analysis, etc.) and deliver quarterly forecast and analysis for both internal and external consumption. Establish and deliver a repeatable and resilient methodology to link wins and losses to our product portfolio by driving adoption across key functional organizations and stakeholders. Establish business cadence and task ownership across the functional organizations. Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in each of the following: 1. Python 2. Tableau 3. Seaborn +MatplotLib 4. Databricks 5. Prep Builder 6. Scikit-Learn Requirements: Masters degree or foreign degree equivalent in Business Analytics and Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field and 3 years of industry experience as a Market Analyst or related occupation.
