Title: IT Analyst

Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000

Location: Berkeley, IL

Work Environment: Hybrid (4 days in office)

IT Analyst
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a key partner to the IT Director across infrastructure, applications, security, and end-user support.
  • Support, maintain, and optimize the ERP system (IQMS) across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and operations.
  • Troubleshoot system and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and SQL to support business decision-making.
  • Lead or support system enhancements, upgrades, and IT-related improvement initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support to end users including hardware, software, and system training.
  • Manage and resolve ERP help tickets and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and service providers to ensure seamless system support.
  • Travel to international locations (Asia and Mexico) as needed, approximately 10-20%.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, business systems, or help desk environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes.
  • Experience supporting ERP systems, reporting tools, and SQL-based queries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
IT Analyst
Preferred Experience
  • Manufacturing or shop-floor systems experience (inventory, scheduling, quality, planning).
  • Hands-on experience with IQMS ERP.
  • Experience supporting system implementations or continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, DNS, and networking.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills to support operations in Mexico.
