Job Description

PERM Location: Santa Clara, CA and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Title: Senior Business Analysts (HCL2201) Multiple positions available Job Description: Lead data analysis and creates diagrams such as work flow and process flow diagrams. Analyzes and prepares project goals such as Project Charter (PC), Business Requirement Document (BRD), and Functional Requirement Document (FSD). Transforms business requirements into functional specifications, focusing on workflow analysis and design, business process reengineering, user interface design, and process flow modeling. Interacts with SMEs/business teams from the client side. Showcases a deep domain knowledge and expertise in the area of work and knowledge of the best practices from other similar engagements. Conceptualizes ideas for improvement from the current processes/business flows. Works closely with IT developers to interpret and explain business and functional requirements. Works with users and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements using various techniques. Identifies functional and non-functional requirements and business rules and then subsequently model them. Assists the business in developing tactical and strategic tools to support the business units goals such as finance reporting, production, and customer service. Travel and work at client sites as assigned. This position will require up to 90% domestic travel within the U.S. Job Requirements: Requires Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or related IT or engineering role. Will accept a Bachelors degree plus five (5) years of described experience in lieu of Masters degree plus one (1) year of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Base Salary: $190,819- $275,850/Year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
