Key Responsibilities of the IT Support & Field Technician:
- Provide on-site IT support at multiple facilities within a 5 mile radius
- Use your expertise as an IT Support & Field Technician to support both standard IT systems and specialized industry tech
- Collaborate closely with team members
What We're Looking for in an IT Support & Field Technician:
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or field tech roles preferred
- Strong background in Windows environments and Office 365
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving skills
