Insight Global is sourcing for Network Provider Analysts supporting Network Providers in Healthcare.
Job Summary
This role owns provider network analysis, design, and optimization across government and individual health plan markets.
The position partners with contracting, finance, and clinical teams to improve access, affordability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead provider network design and optimization for ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare products
- Analyze provider cost, utilization, access, and performance trends across markets
- Evaluate in network and out of network utilization and leakage patterns
- Support market level network strategy, including provider recruitment and adequacy planning
- Partner with contracting teams to model reimbursement scenarios and network impact
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for leadership decision making
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-8 years of experience in provider network analytics or network management
- Experience supporting ACA, Medicaid, or Medicare health plan products
- Strong background in provider network design and applied network development
- Proven experience analyzing cost, utilization, access, and quality metrics
