About The Role: This is a dual-mandate, hunter-first role. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting hospitals, health systems, and clinics to close while overseeing our offshore staffing delivery team to ensure quality fulfilment. You're not just a salesperson; you're a healthcare staffing SME who can bring in business and see it through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Aggressively prospect and close new clients: hospitals, health systems, clinics, and managed care organizations Own the full sales cycle lead gen, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and close Sell across nursing, allied health, clinical, and healthcare IT staffing verticals Manage and guide offshore delivery team on fulfillment quality and speed-to-fill Serve as SME on healthcare staffing trends, compliance, and regulations Build long-term strategic client partnerships and grow accounts Represent V2Soft at industry events and conferences nationwide What We're Looking For: 7+ years in healthcare staffing sales or business development required Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or IDNs Prior experience managing offshore or remote delivery teams preferred Deep knowledge of nursing, allied health, and clinical staffing Familiarity with credentialing, Joint Commission, and CMS compliance Open to nationwide travel Michigan-based preferred What V2soft Offers: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability and PTO/HOlidays High-visibility role with significant growth upside
