Job Title: IT Senior Support Specialist 3 Location: Atlanta, GA, 30308 Pay Rate: $53.75/W2 Job Summary: Provides system and user support for third-party enterprise applications. Responsible for troubleshooting issues, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring smooth operation of a critical in-house system. Key Responsibilities: Provide user support via phone and on-site assistance Troubleshoot front-end and back-end application issues Support deployment and implementation of applications Analyze user needs and recommend system enhancements Perform application modifications and error debugging Develop and deliver user training programs Monitor system performance and resolve issues Collaborate with teams on system improvements Maintain documentation and track assigned tasks Support Agile Assets/Trimble Asset Management System Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Background in IT support, system admin, or development Ability to independently support end users Required Skills: Front-end & back-end application support Java or other programming language JavaScript, Groovy Script XML, SQL, PL/SQL Oracle and MS SQL databases Application deployment and debugging Preferred Skills: Java-based web application support Experience with Agile Assets/Trimble systems Knowledge of T-SQL Key Competencies: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Effective communication and user support skills Ability to work independently and in teams Task ownership and time management About our Company: - 22nd Century Technologies, Inc., is one of the fastest growing IT Service Integrator and Workforce Solution companies in the United States.
