Must Have Skills: Experience with software engineering or integration engineering, with hands-on ownership of production integrations and ETL processes Strong experience with Workday integrations (Workday Web Services and Report Writer, EIB, Studio, Core Connectors), troubleshooting, and coding within the Workday ecosystem Proficient in ETL design and implementation; data modeling, mapping, validation, and reconciliation XSLT Experience with Dynatrace and/or BigPanda, alerting, dashboards, SLIs/SLOs, and incident response Working knowledge of access management, data security, encryption, and secure file transfers Jira ServiceNow Agile Nice to Have Skills: Workday Certifications (e.g., Workday Studio, Integration Specialist) Oracle (SQL, performance tuning) for downstream HR/Payroll data stores Experience with vendor HR systems (benefits, payroll, timekeeping) and HR data standards Mainframe & JCL REST SOAP APIs Education: Bachelor required V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer ( EOE).
