Digital Product Director, SAP Finance

Join a growing team as a Digital Product Director focused on Finance technology. This role will lead the direction of Finance systems, with a strong focus on SAP, and partner closely with Finance leadership to drive consistency and alignment across the environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall direction of Finance systems, including SAP and related applications.
• Partner with Finance leadership to define how systems support business processes.
• Bring structure and alignment across a fragmented Finance systems landscape.
• Work closely with external partners to guide solution design and delivery.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and support execution.
• Ensure Finance systems support reporting, close processes, and data accuracy.

Skills

• Strong experience with SAP Finance (FICO).
• Experience supporting or leading Finance systems in an IT environment.
• Ability to work closely with both Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Experience working with external partners or system integrators.
• Strong communication and ability to operate at a leadership level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in environments with multiple Finance systems or ongoing transformation efforts.
• Background in Finance/Accounting or strong exposure to Finance processes.
