Technical Product Owner

Join our dynamic team as a Product Owner, where you will spearhead the HRIS Integration Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic objectives. This role is perfect for those with a passion for technology and leadership in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with IT Product Managers to translate strategic goals into actionable tasks.
• Ensure integration capabilities align with enterprise priorities and technical standards.
• Lead the creation and management of user stories for API development and integration workflows.
• Document data lineage to maintain traceability and comply with standards.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and synchronize deliverables across Agile Release Trains.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in product ownership or enterprise application integration, ideally focusing on HRIS or insurance sectors.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of data lineage and integration capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native environments like AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, or Alight.
• Agile certification, like CSPO.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
