Role Summary
Seeking a CXone & IVA Specialist to design, implement, and optimize contact center solutions using NICE CXone and AI-driven IVA workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement IVA workflows using NICE CXone Studio
Configure IVR, ACD, and routing strategies
Build omnichannel solutions (voice, chat, email, SMS)
Integrate CXone with CRM and backend systems via APIs
Lead end-to-end implementation (requirements deployment)
Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions
Provide documentation, training, and support
Required Skills
5+ years in contact center technologies
2+ years of NICE CXone experience
Hands-on with IVA, CXone Studio, IVR/ACD
Strong API/integration knowledge (REST, webhooks)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Preferred
NICE CXone certifications (CIP, IVA, Studio)
