Adobe is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer 5 to contribute to the development of advanced machine learning models and platforms for personalized and creative customer experiences. As a senior member of the AEP AI team, you will lead the design and deployment of ML solutions and build products that drive business outcomes and empower users through intelligent, AI-powered tools. This role involves working on complex, large-scale projects at the intersection of machine learning, creativity, and user experience-building products with AI, including GenAI, at the core to enhance creativity and boost productivity for our customers and their customers as well. You will collaborate closely with Adobe Research and multiple product teams, helping shape products where AI is not an add-on, but a central enabler of value. The AEP AI team is composed of engineers and scientists working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment focused on delivering impactful ML-powered solutions across Adobe's Digital Experience offerings.
What You'll DoThe compensation for this role reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary by location. The U.S. pay range for this position is $162,000 - $301,200 annually. Pay within this range depends on work location and other job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. For non-sales roles, salaries are expressed as base salary with potential short-term incentives as part of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award may also be available.
